- Service and property information, including information about the plumbing and backflow work performed at your property, job and service history, backflow assembly information, and before/after photographs and documentation of the work site and conditions.
- Billing and payment information, including invoice records and payment details. Card and bank payments are processed by our third-party payment processors; we do not store full payment-card numbers.
- Communications and consent records, including information you provide during communications and interactions with our Website and with us, your consent to receive messages, and your messaging preferences (including opt-outs).

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not share or sell your personal information for any commercial or marketing purpose unrelated to the delivery of our Services without obtaining your consent first. We do not share your personal information with any lead generators. We share your personal information only as follows:

- Third Party Payers and Programs. We share your personal information, including information about the Services we provided to you as needed, when a home-warranty company, utility program, insurer, or property manager dispatches or pays for your work.

We may provide information to a third party if we believe in good faith that we are required to do so by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our customers, or others. Except where prohibited, we review such requests for validity and scope and limit our disclosure accordingly.
- As part of business transitions. We may disclose information we maintain about you to the extent reasonably necessary to proceed with the negotiation or completion of a merger, acquisition or sale of all or a portion of MPB’s assets. Upon the completion of such a transaction, your personal information may be among the items sold or transferred. We will request a purchaser to treat our data under the privacy statement in place at the time of its collection.
